At Day & Night Security Inc., we take pride in hiring and training highly qualified security professionals who are licensed through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). Each of our guards is carefully selected, trained, and equipped to meet the unique needs of the clients and properties they serve. We currently manage over 20 active accounts across Southern California, including a diverse range of properties. In addition to our ongoing property-based security services, we also specialize in providing tailored security solutions for private events, large-scale gatherings, and community functions.

Our operations span across Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Diego, Oceanside, the Inland Empire, and Redlands. However, we are consistently growing and actively seeking new opportunities to expand our reach. Our goal is to continue building strong partnerships with local businesses and property managers, ensuring that every community we serve feels safe, supported, and secure.

Thailer has been in the security industry for over a decade, with a strong specialization in hotel security management, primarily overseeing operations at large, resort-style properties in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to extensive private sector experience, Thailer brings a distinguished military background. He served nearly 12 years as a Military Police Officer, including a deployment to Afghanistan where he led a protective detail responsible for safeguarding generals and high-ranking government officials.

In preparation for this high-level assignment, Thailer received specialized training from the U.S. Secret Service to effectively protect VIPs and other high-profile individuals in active environments. After the military service, Thailer transitioned into the private sector, founding and operating Day & Night Security Inc.

Thailer is currently pursuing a law degree with a focus on Commercial Real Estate Law and remains a full-time student when not actively managing Day & Night Security. Thailer's background in law enforcement, military service, and security operations brings a high level of discipline, leadership, and strategic insight to the company.
